About the Authors:

Blake Hebb: A resident of Canada Blake started the comic with inspiration derived from Twisted Kaiju Theater. He purchased a camera and got to work. Forced in the beginning to use MSPaint, the images were overly compressed and use of a flash caused the photos to look pretty amateur. As time progressed Blake improved his camera and lighting techniques and eventually purchased a copy of Adobe Photoshop. About that same time he recruited the assistance of James to help with the web design. Blake met James in an online game called Bushtarion in May of 2004.

Blake enjoys really hot chili, his Nintendo GameCube, and online nonsensical fun. He reads many webcomics on a daily basis. [More info coming soon]

James Brummer: A Colorado resident James has a wide variety of technical background. He has taught himself nearly everything he knows about programming and computers in general and has been designing websites since 1999 when he learned HTML. Using a WYSIWYG editor was not possible at the time as James was using a Macintosh running OS 7.6 and Netscape Composer would crash when you tried to save anything. This was when he decided he wanted to program for a living.

James met Blake playing Bushtarion in April 2004 when Blake asked him to vote. Always the educated voter James took a look at the site and his stomach hurt. He offered to do the site work for him while Blake did the comic. James saw a lot of potential in the comic and did not want a poor site design holding the comic back. In May 2004 James frantically began working the site. He moved the site to freepgs.com first since the price was right and it knocked the socks off of Angelfire hosting *gag.*

Technical background is the name of the game for James. He has experience with Java, C++, F, PHP, Perl, MySQL and is currently working on learning Visual Basic, C#, JavaScript. He also has experience as a Unix/Linux adminstrator and knows how to repair just about any Windows problem. James also knows his way around Adobe Photoshop, but hates doing graphics work and prefers to be embedded deep inside cold hard code. But don't get James wrong, he always enjoys the occassional game, his favorites being strategy games like Civilization, Sim City 4, Starcraft, and Command and Conquer.
